This is the website of Ernie Constance. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to answer your enquiries and fulfil your orders, and we don’t sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and your message. When you place an order, our checkout collects your name, email, phone, and postal address so we can send your CDs or USB sticks.
Payments
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details - they go straight to Stripe. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Spam protection & analytics
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam bots. We may use basic website analytics to understand how the site is used. These tools may set cookies.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you and to process and post your order. We keep order records as required for our business and tax obligations.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing burrunga@activ8.net.au.
